Vicki Ullahs fascination with wigs began in 1993 when she joined Top Shop to manage their wig concession. She was snapped up by the wig companys HQ in no time and began managing their flag ship store and training staff. Her skills quickly became in demand for photographic, show work, film and stage. She has used wigs to transform many actors and actresses for film or television roles and has also fitted celebrities with wigs for red carpet appearances.
With so much experience in the industry, Vicki decided that she wanted to start her own wig business. She wanted to ensure that at the core of her business was a nurturing environment where clients who had lost or were losing their hair for medical reasons could feel at ease and positive about changes in their life. At the same time she was intent on dragging wigs from their dusty, old-fashioned image into their rightful place at the forefront of glamour.
